Arizona BIM & Fabrication utilizes building information modeling software such as Revit & SysQue Systems for Fabrication, and Navisworks for clash detection and coordination. BIM 360 is utilized to bring BIM to the field using iPads and BIM Boxes for your office & field personnel.

Meet Marlon Pullins

I have been involved in the electrical field in excess of 20 yrs. I began my career as an electrical drafter in Illinois working for one of Chicago's top electrical contractors. Hard work and a superior work ethic is what motivated me to start my own Electrical & Fire Alarm Design Company in 1993. After 13 successful years as an owner/designer I decided that new goals needed to be set and achieved.

Since 2009 I've been very fortunate to gain a working and design knowledge of mechanical & plumbing systems. I have on a yearly basis been active in installing HVAC, DWV, Domestic Piping & Hydronic piping systems. Some of my design work includes: data centers, healthcare, educational, central plants and governmental projects. My goal is to become a well rounded MEP designer fully utilizing all that Revit MEP has to offer.

I bring knowledge and experience using 3D & BIM programs plus years of working with electricians and construction personnel to bring fully constructible models and drawings to customers. I have problem solving skills, thoughtfulness, and field experience to assist with construction and BIM related projects.
